Pastor Howie Briggs - Sunday School Guest Speaker

Picture
J. Howard (Howie) Briggs is Associate Pastor for children and family ministry at Glendora Community Church of the Nazarene.  Pastor Howie is an ordained minister who enjoys stepping into children's lives and helping them to know the joy of being a Christian. Anyone who has ever ministered to children knows that they are a challenging group. It takes a special blend of gifts, truth and a lot of
humor to reach them...Howie has that special blend of gifts and
compassion.

In addition to his pastoral experience of more than 20 years,  Pastor Howie taught fifth grade for two years in the public education school system. He has facilitated parenting workshops and seminars throughout the country. He also has extensive experience as a featured speaker at camps and outreach events.
